New Media technolgy are not only digital text, such as html, asp, php, xml and jsp, but also multimedia resources, swf, avi, wma, wmv and mp3.

Also Total population using internet was about 6,574 million in 2007. Since the internet spread to the society rapidly, the new media has been recognized very important method to communicate within people. If there is no internet technology, the new media, digital contents, would not be delievered to the people quickly and new media will be needed more time to replace the old media.
