The new media is the new way to communicate and exchange the information based on the web technology, Web 2.0. The new media has five critical characteristics which are communication, collaboration, community, creativity and convergence. The new media are such as blogs, personal website, Wikis, social networking, instant messenger, email, online news, online stream video, pod cast, user created contents (UCC) and file sharing. Since the new media uses online technology, it is easy to communicate and share information all over the world. Moreover, people are able to access the new media via not only Personal Computers but also portable devices, such as the PDA, mobile and laptop. Therefore, people can access the new media anywhere and anytime. New media does not have any boundary which old offline media had. Also, it is faster to deliver and share the information. These new media allow people to make their community on the cyber environment, deliver the information, communication, collaborate and exchange the information, express themselves by making their digital contents and share the files. Since the new media is so powerful tool to deliver the information to the public, the industry business recognized the new media will be the significant tool for their business. Not only the business people but also politics are using the new media for their political reasons, such as president election race.
